We are dedicated to providing you with fresh healthy milk — no hormones or antibiotics!
Our happy cows are fed a pasture-based diet and supplemented, when needed, with a forage-based ration using home-grown feedstuffs, such as hay, silage, and greenchop. These crops are fertilized with natural products, producing a rich, flavorful milk, fresh Jersey real milk.
It's milk where the cream rises to the top, delicious in a morning cup of coffee, or superb in homemade ice cream. Scrumptious served ice cold with cookies!
Currently, we milk Jerseys, Holstein/Jersey crosses, and Holsteins, but are in the process of moving to a full Jersey herd. The fresh raw milk that we offer comes straight from a group of pure-bred Jerseys cows that are separate from the rest of the herd. Their milk is tested often by the Texas Department of State Health Services to ensure the highest quality of milk.
*Happy Cows make the healthiest milk, so we baby our cows. In inclement or hot weather,
they retreat to the freestall barn and relax on waterbeds. Yep, waterbeds!
